The Workout for Yesterday and Today

Yesterday:

MS:1x1600, 4x400, 2x800, 4x400, 1x1600 - 200 recovery on all. Every rep should be the same pace - no concern for speed.
CD: 10'

During the repeats I held an 8 min/mile. Next time I am going for 7:45 min/ mile


Plus I am doing the Core Performance Program. I am on Phase 1- week 2.

Today:
AM: Did my weights at the gym. I am in the Power Endurance phase: Did 3 sets of each - 12, 12,15: Squats (105), Seated rows (40), Legs curls (50), Leg extentions (50), Lat pull downs (40)

Plus I did some super sets from the Core Workout. Total time = 1 hr

PM: Mastes swimming: 1.5 hours
